Airtight, away from light, heat and moisture — a sealed caddy in a cupboard below 25°C is ideal. Kept well, black and herbal teas hold for around 18–24 months; delicate greens are best within 6–12 months.

Yes — good loose leaf is made for it. Oolongs in particular give three to five infusions that change character each time. Add roughly 15–30 seconds per steep.
